As I recently noted in my interview with @BleedingFool I have never, ever, been interviewed for any D&D history book, yet people then ask me what I think of such publications. Simply put, when you ignore interviewing primary sources for its history such as myself, the surviving Blackmoor players, surviving LGTSA members, surviving IFW members and former Castle & Crusade Society members, then such works can either be viewed as biased conjecture at best or empty revisionism otherwise.
