We marked Romanian Armed Forces Day 🇷🇴 in London, paying tribute to the professionalism, courage and dedication of our service personnel. We also reaffirmed the strong defence partnership between Romania and the UK and our shared commitment to NATO and Euro-Atlantic security.

In London, with a 🇷🇴 parliamentary delegation & 🇬🇧Amb @GilesPortman for a series of talks with 🇬🇧 MPs, @FCDOGovUK, @ukhomeoffice & @MoJGovUK on gender equality, tackling violence against women and girls, as well as various bilateral topics. We also met the Romanian community.

Pleased to welcome Luiza Pufu and Ovidiu Pufu as the newest members of the 🇷🇴 Embassy of Romania in London. We look forward to working together! 🤝
