This is Dougie. He’s been missing for the last 13 days in Drumcondra. A white cat with black and brown markings. He is microchipped. His human @HelenORahilly would like him to stop his tomfoolery and come home. So if you spot him let her know x

Over my many years of running there are so many athletes I've felt privileged to have stood on the start line with. These are the results from one of those times, way back in the day as they say, won by the legend that was Jerry Kiernan and I managed to take the woman's race.

When this dreadful time is over the last thing I want to do is jump on a plane, I want to jump on my bike (perhaps with some pedal assist) and go around our beautiful coast just one more time. I hope all the wonderful people I've met on the way are safe in body and mind.

"Keep going, keep running, keep walking and hopefully we'll all be there next year. As I keep saying, 'as long as I am on the right side of the soil I'll be on the start line of the Dublin Marathon' so hopefully we'll all be there next year." q102.ie/news/sport/marathon-…

Gotta do something in these days we never thought we’d see. I'm running 50km in The May 50K to support research into multiple sclerosis. Happy to use the feet to help where I can x themay50k.com/s/11555/11622/…
