We can be a beacon to the world with our food production standards. Our @CommonsEFRA Public Sector Food Procurement Report called for the removal of a loophole that allows for exemptions to standards on food production & animal welfare. I raised this again in the @HouseofCommons

Thank you very much @frontlinekit for your fabulous support.
To date we’ve coordinated:
10 convoys
263 vehicles
462 drivers and co-drivers
And in total we have raised £2.35m worth of aid and delivered it to Ukraine.
Please continue your amazing support.

Areas of the farm showing great biodiversity. Huge amount of habitat and wildlife around at this time of year. Great to see. Currently not supported by any environmental scheme. 🦋🐝🐞🌳🌳🌿🌱🍁☀️🌤️
#harvest2023 coming on fast. Crops looking generally well following a fairly mixed spring. Looking forward to getting harvest started! 🌾🌾🌾🌱🌱🌱☀️🌤️🌦️

Started sowing Barley and Oats on the 7th April, 1250ha sown by the 25th, with a few wet days. Huge effort by the whole team, hugely appreciated. Long hours to catch up after a late start. Great conditions. 🌾🌾👍👍@JohnDeere @Cefetra @Quaker @HORSCHUK @Fendt_UKIreland
A bit of fertiliser spreading and spraying recently. Winter crops looking well. Lots of drill tinkering in the workshop, ready for the weather to settle down. 🌾🌾🌾#harvest2023 #scottishfarming #latespring
