Don't tell me people actually forgot how skilled Paul MF George is... There were years where we really said he was a 6'8" version of Kyrie

Terrible day for California injuries omg
Stephen Curry appeared to have suffered knee injury during Warriors open practice Sunday. He limped to the locker room. xitter.cf/joseph_dycus/status/21…

So we waive the only reserve wing we had... interesting

Spot on, only addition is that the defense looks bad because we have to play drop, and thats gonna lead to a TON of pick/pop big man 3's and just long closeouts in general, opening up driving lanes. Hopefully tonights film can help address that
26-27 PreSeason - Dame looks great - Ja showed us something - Deni will be Deni - Yang isn't an NBA player yet - Vit shouldn't get minutes - Clingan looks like the same player that got exposed in the playoffs - Scoot's floor has risen, but his lows are still Low. 46 win Team.

I just for the firat time today heard the nickname for Deni & Ja "Guns 'N Moses"😭😭😭cmon man that's not cool at ALL

My lukewarm take for the season is Ja puts up modest numbers that casual fans/national media will say is a huge step back and that he's not the same and blah blah, but it will actually be very impactful. My bet is he turns into more of a true PG and gets 12/7/4 or so

In 2007 I was drafted by the @Brewers. In 2016 I was traded. I played for them a large portion of my life. I remember riding on the team bus in 2007, in the middle of nowhere Montana during rookie ball, watching the ‘82 World Series team highlight video. They engrained it in us from the beginning. What the front office, players, and coaching staff have done this year is nothing short of amazing. I remember sitting with Ueck, Gumby, and Gorman Thomas in the locker room one day and listening to them talk about the ‘82 series. Listening to them was a such a privilege. I miss those days. The generations of players that have come and gone since then all dreamed about what has now come to fruition. These guys have earned it, and like Murph said, we have gamers. What an amazing time for the city of Milwaukee and State of Wisconsin! I’m honored to have been drafted and played for the @Brewers. It truly is humbling to witness it.

We blew a 3-2 lead over the Cardinals in 1982. Then, 26 years of losing. But at the end of that stretch, a playoff berth. We had the Phillies come to town and beat us. Bad. Then, the Ken Macha years. 2011? Shaun Marcum on short rest. David Freeze. Then came the 2012 collapse. We couldn’t put it together for four more seasons after that. But then, something clicked in 2017. A brand new start. A winning culture was instilled. Then, more heartbreak, only this time, we clawed and scratched at the cusp of greatness while enduring it. 2018? Chris Taylor. Yasiel Puig. David Freese again. Manny Machado. 2019 saw the Trent Grisham error. I’ll never hold that against him. Juan Soto lived in my nightmares for weeks. COVID ruined any hopes and dreams in 2020. A lost season. But then, 2021 began the first of nearly six seasons where we could confidently say, “man, this team might be different.” Braves buzzsaw. Diamondbacks buzzsaw. Pete Alonso and his jolly bunch of Mets. These three outcomes would make any franchise feel…cursed. To make matters worse, we lost Bob. The heart and soul of the team. We lost us. Then last year happened. 98 wins. A new franchise record. A massive win streak. Free burgers! Everyone clicked when it mattered most…until it mattered most in the NLCS against the Dodgers. Some saw this year as a possible setback. We moved Freddy and Caleb Durbin, dealt with early injuries, and a few sore spots in the lineup and the pitching staff. … 103 wins. 103 wins later, we mash San Diego, setting up this rematch with Los Angeles. …and now? The heartbreak. The losses. The failure. The worst seasons in franchise history. It doesn’t matter anymore. We made it, Milwaukee. We made it, Wisconsin. We are just four more wins from the top of the baseball world. Burn the boats. There’s no going back. The sting of defeat can no longer bite us. The Milwaukee Brewers are in the World Series, folks.
