Thunderstorms can be powerful and unpredictable. ⛈️⚡
Stay safe by going indoors at the first sign of lightning or heavy rain. Avoid using electrical appliances, stay away from windows, and never take shelter under trees. Keep a flashlight, batteries, and emergency supplies handy in case of power outages.
Proud of our Rhode Island volunteer team for stepping up during the blizzard response to help open three shelters in the areas most impacted to ensure residents had somewhere warm and safe to stay. True humanitarians! ❤️❤️❤️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
