CALIFORNIA HAIRCUT LIFELINE
California Offers Life-Saving Haircut to Its Bureaucracy and Retirees 💇♂️
CA's fiscal house is on fire: $1.37T+ in debt, $265B+ unfunded pensions (CalPERS ~$166B, CalSTRS ~$39B).
Bold fix: Give every state/local employee, retiree, judge, and elected official a real choice:
Option A: Take a guaranteed 40% cut to salary/pension (cash only).
Option B: Keep 100% pay — but get 50% in 20-year CA bonds. Skin in the game!
This turns bureaucrats & decision-makers into fiscal watchdogs. Voluntary. Market discipline. Long-term thinking.
No more kicking the trillion-dollar can. Judges & politicians who opt in suddenly care if bonds go to zero.
What do you think, CA? Time to align incentives?
BREAKING: David @friedberg says "California is functionally bankrupt"
"People don't realize how screwed California is, & I worry that if California falls, so does the union.
"$250 billion to $1 trillion short."
"This is because for California to get rescued would be a big cost to red states, & I think it creates in the years ahead a lot of tension."
"California's functional bankruptcy is a major risk to the country. & I think we need to figure out what we can change to fix it."
How we got here:
"California has a public pension system, & that public pension system retirees have paid into it & they get some benefits out, & the amount that they're owed back out is somewhere between $250 billion - $1 trillion dollars more than has been paid in.
$250 billion to $1 trillion short.
If it was the federal government, it would be like, okay, we'll just print more money. California doesn't have the ability to print money, so California has to pay this out, and you can't restructure retirement benefits.
There is a Supreme Court case in California that said that once an employee has been offered retirement benefits, even if they're currently an employee, you can never restructure their retirement benefits.
It has to stay forever, and the state cannot declare bankruptcy. There's no way for the state to functionally declare bankruptcy. There's no law to allow it. No state has ever declared bankruptcy, and the retirement benefits sit senior to the bonds in California.
So you have to pay out the retirement benefits before you pay out all the bond holders that have loaned California the money that they use to run all their programs and services."

Pass the FAIRtax.
People keep their entire paycheck.
They now can afford to pay for their gas, until prices come down.
FAIRtax. (HR25) Now.

Most people think Bitcoin was invented to make money.
Wrong.
Bitcoin is money.
It was built to solve one specific problem: how do two parties transact without trusting a third party?
That's Bitcoin.

🚨THEY FILLED THE CAR WITH BALLOTS… AND SAID WHO WAS DOING IT
James O’Keefe’s undercover cameras caught it cold.
A ballot harvester in Minnesota shows the trunk and dashboard packed:
“You can see my car is full. All these here are absentee ballots. Can’t you see? Look at all these. My car is full.”
300 in one haul.
When asked who fills them out: “People who work with Ilhan and other candidates… they work for them.”
Cash changes hands. Elders get visited. Blank or open ballots leave the building. Minnesota law limits how many you can carry. Federal law bans the pay-to-vote scheme. None of it mattered.
This is the same machine still fighting every single effort to require citizenship proof and clean the rolls. The same people who call election security “disenfranchisement.”
They never stopped. They just got quieter about the receipts.
Pass the SAVE Act.
Clean the rolls.
End the harvest.
The patriots are done pretending this is normal.
The FAIRTax fixes this on day 1.
HR25, it's a Bill in the House of Representatives RIGHT NOW!!!
😎 Meet Hector 😎
Hector has been in our country illegally for many years. He doesn't have papers, but he sure knows how to work the system.
He's been collecting welfare assistance, getting benefits you're paying for, while also working under the table for cash. No taxes. All profit.
Do you like Hector's pretty blue truck? 😎
You should. You helped pay for it.
Every tax dollar you work overtime for? Yeah, part of it went to Hector's truck payment. Part of it went to his rent. Part of it went to his groceries.
Must be nice, huh?
Don't worry though... Bye-bye Hector. 👋

The FAIRtax is the only one that takes away most of their power to ‘jack up’ the tax without strong backlash.
There is no perfect solution, but the FAIRtax is the best option.
Since you seem to have all the answers, what system would you use? 🤔

Simply repealing the 16th will not happen. The FAIRTAX is a pragmatic option wherein you can choose to pay taxes or not.

First things first, but once it’s passed, we need to turn up the volume up it’s repealed.

HR25 has a "sunset clause" that if the 16th Amendment is not repealed by the end of the 7th year of FAIRtax being law the tax code reverts back to the prior Internal Revenue Code. See 👇

Since the current income tax is calculated inclusively, the FAIRtax calculated the same way (apples to apples) is 23%.

How is this not theft?
Conflicted on this one.
Am I supposed to be cheering for the gestapo IRS because they're being used to track down Somali fraud?
Once all the Somali fraudsters are sent to prison or back to Somalia, won't the IRS turn their sights back on you and me again?
Can we just replace the income tax and eliminate the IRS with The FAIRTax? (That's HR25)
Isn't there some other federal agency capable of rooting out the fraud in Minnesota?
If you hate the income tax, and hate the IRS, you don't hate them enough..
Keep firing your Congressional Representatives until you get one that will vote for HR25, The FAIRTax.
Hard pass on any candidate for the House who won't sign the FAIRTax pledge.
If you have all your teeth (or pretty good dentures) and support The FAIRTax, I'd vote for you.
The IRS sent armed agents into a family bakery and drained $68,382 from its bank account.
Their “crime”? Depositing their OWN CASH in amounts under $10,000.
Then the government demanded ANOTHER $160,000 and a guilty plea to a FELONY.
The IRS called it “structuring”: deliberately keeping deposits small to dodge bank reporting rules.
DAVID VOCATURA: “I said to them, ‘Maybe I should get a lawyer.’ And they said, ‘You don’t need one, step in the back.’”
“Until the day they came in, I had no idea what structuring was.”
“I’m a law-abiding citizen. I can’t remember the last time I got a speeding ticket.”
Nearly three years after seizing the money, a prosecutor came back with a deal that carried up to FOUR YEARS IN PRISON:
DAVID VOCATURA: “They wanted us to pay another additional $160,000 in fines and plead to a felony charge of structuring.”
They refused.
You bake bread for three generations.
You pay your taxes.
You put your own money in the bank.
And the IRS treats you like a criminal, demanding nearly a quarter million dollars.
CONTEXT: Fortunately, the IRS didn’t get away with this one. Hours after the Institute for Justice sued, the IRS agreed to return all $68,382.22. Two weeks later, it withdrew a grand jury subpoena demanding eight years of the bakery’s business records. Crazy that they tried to ruin a business over depositing money into their own bank account.

Hey there Mr. Vance.
I’m a software engineer with decades of experience, including many years working for Apple.
In engineering, an important discipline is root cause analysis as treating symptoms alone is insufficient to actually solve problems.
The root cause here is the income tax, more narrowly 26 USC 7203. Repeal that bit of terrible code and things will work much better.
Thank you for listening, and God bless. 🖖
On our task force to eliminate fraud, we're taking every step possible to end the abuse of your tax dollars and protect the millions of Americans who use federal programs in their day to day lives.
Today, I'm proud to announce that the @WHFraudTF is partnering with @USTechForce so we can recruit the country's best software engineers to join the fight.
As your Vice President, I'm calling on America's best and brightest to answer this call, apply for these roles, and join our team. Help us out, your country needs you.
