The public deserves the adoption of strict statutory safeguards before any intrusive surveillance like this is allowed.

We’ll continue to show up in court to ensure survivors get needed services.
An appeals court today ruled that ACI officials engaged in "cruel and unusual punishment" when they kept a man in solitary confinement for more than a year while his health deteriorated.
