🔥 Two days of learning, campaigning, and building power in the NHS & Ambulance Sector! 🔥 ✅ Day 1: Training on Job Evaluation under NHS Agenda for Change, exploring tactics and sharing practical tips to campaign and win. ✅ Day 2: Workshops on getting more involved in the union, from national committees to regional groups, Congress, and writing motions. We wrapped up with a powerful session on NHS Pay and how to rethink our campaigning strategy. 💡 So many brilliant ideas came forward! 💪 Before closing, we reminded everyone: take the fight back to your workplaces!
