🎓 Celebrating Academic Excellence: 218 Scholars Recognized at ESOL Exiting Ceremony! 🎉✨ Exiting the English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program is a rigorous, multi-year journey, and yesterday we had the privilege of celebrating 218 incredible Rogers High School scholars who officially met every benchmark! To exit the program, students must achieve an overall Proficient score on the annual English Language Proficiency Assessment for the 21st Century (ELPA21). In addition, they must demonstrate comparable academic performance to non-English Learners across two additional content assessments—such as AP exams, ACT tests, Civics exams, Accuplacer, WorkKeys, ASVAB, or CFAs. Reaching this milestone requires immense dedication, perseverance, and hard work. We are beyond proud of these students for their achievements and excited to watch them continue to excel in all of their academic endeavors!
