We’ve got 11-year-olds getting ranked, 13-year-olds getting recruiting advice, and 15-year-olds being told their athletic window is closing.
Meanwhile, more than half of the adults involved haven’t came close to figuring out their own lives yet.

Xavier Román-Giannuzzi (‘27 | FL) RHP - tossed 3 solid innings for Power Baseball Victus, grabbing 5Ks, allowing just 3H. Primarily FB/CH mix, but flashed a BB at 77mph. Ran the FB up to 87mph & the CH tunnels well w/ consistent arm speed. Shorter AA & repeatable mechs. 67% strikes. #WWBAWorlds @Florida_PG @PG_Uncommitted

No-Doubter! Xavier Roman-Giannuzzi (‘27 FL) gets ahold of this one and hammers a ball over the LF wall for a solo HR. Ball got out in a hurry. @CGA_Baseball commit. #WWBAWorlds

‘28 OF Jace Jenniex (FL) w/ his second knock of the game, this a hard LD to the middle. EZ bat speed & an athletic swing. #Miami commit. #WWBAWorlds @Florida_PG
About this..📣📣
Athletes and parents avoid making this mistake with youth athletes.
Playing your sport is important, but lacking the engine and strength to display those skills will eventually stall their progress and leave them behind their peers.
Consistent physical development outside of just playing sport is key 🔑 for youth athlete development, and potentially the most impactful part of the journey.

Push back on early single-sport specialization.
The research is clear: the real risk marker isn't a specific age; it's specializing before "peak height velocity," the rapid growth phase that signals puberty.
Before that window closes, multi-sport participation builds broader athleticism, better movement patterns, and a more resilient body.
Let them play. All sports!

There’s a lot of basketball players I feel bad for. The system is set up for you to fail. I saw it today & it made me reflect. U only have 4 years to be a HS basketball player. There are no do overs. 98% of you aren’t developing. It’s not totally your fault. It’s a shitty system
About this....
We gave 10U teams professional uniforms, national schedules, private trainers, ranking services, media days, and commitment graphics.
Then we wondered why children started believing every game was a career decision.
The kids did not commercialize childhood.
The adults living vicariously through them simply sent the invoice.
Congratulations 🔥🔥🔥
