If you’d like to support my efforts and the work that I’m doing to help others, please do so even a share goes a long way.
It’s been a rough few months, but I’m pushing forward and I want to keep working to generate awareness while bridging the gap until I find full-time employment.

🎤 We need to educate Mack on COVID, son…
Not to kill the vibe, but to show what could be done.
You got the gift of the gab, the rhythm and flow,
Now imagine using every bar to help the whole world grow.
Five years later, they say it’s all in the past,
But the sick keep getting sick, and the questions still last.
Kids missing school, workers missing their shifts,
Families picking up pieces while the whole world drifts.
Brain fog in the classroom, fatigue on the stage,
A performer losing breath in the prime of their age.
A dancer can’t rehearse, a singer cancels the show,
A writer loses words they used to effortlessly know.
And some don’t bounce back, no matter how they try,
Long COVID takes their future while the world walks by.
Not just a cough, not just a cold,
But lives put on pause and dreams left on hold.
We got here by pretending what we can’t see ain’t there,
Ignoring the science of what travels through air.
We cleaned every surface, but forgot what we breathe,
Told the sick to move on when they needed reprieve.
But here’s where the story gets a brand-new verse,
We can change the direction, we can reverse the curse.
Better ventilation, filtration, HEPA in place,
A well-fitted mask when we’re sharing a space.
Not about fear, not about blame,
It’s about keeping more people in the game.
More artists on stages, more students in class,
More moments together that we don’t let pass.
🎶 THE HOOK 🎶
Clean the air, show we care,
Every breath’s a gift we share.
When the beat dies down and the night is through,
Wake up knowing something new.
Pass it on, let the knowledge grow,
Plant a little truth and watch the whole world glow.
And Mack, this is bigger than another viral clip,
Bigger than the numbers or the cleverest quip.
Everybody’s chasing algorithms and fame,
But the greatest leave the world a little changed.
You could bridge art and science, make the evidence rhyme,
Turn a moment of entertainment into something that survives time.
Let the researchers bring facts, let the musicians bring soul,
Take a message that’s been buried and give the people control.
Make the invisible visible, make the forgotten feel seen,
Make a whole crowd question what “back to normal” means.
Not a lecture, not a sermon, not another debate,
Just a story with a rhythm that can resonate.
Because the beat might be transient, the applause might fade,
But the knowledge that you give is a difference you made.
When the crowd goes home and the speakers sleep,
Let the melody linger and the message run deep.
So tomorrow when they wake, when they head out the door,
They’ll know something important they didn’t know before.
Maybe they’ll check their air, share the facts with a friend,
Ask for filters in their schools so the cycle can end.
That’s more than a freestyle. That’s service through art.
That’s how a few good verses can make a movement start.
Not just standing out from the competition,
But helping a generation see a different vision.
So Mack, here’s your challenge, three words to ignite:
COVID. CLEAN AIR. LONG COVID.
Give the science a rhythm, give the truth some light.
Give the people a hook they can carry through the night.
Because the greatest kind of influence isn’t how many people know your name
It’s how many lives get better because you came. 🎤

Today, people will kill other people by giving them covid.
Today, people will disable other people by giving them covid.
It's the simple truth.
If you don't like it, it's still true.
If you don't want it to be true, it's still true.

Covid isn’t the result of a failure of the public to understand a complex problem, it’s a failure of society to be sufficiently decent. The public failed because it served the interests of our masters for us to be socialized into being useless assholes. And that is what we are.

Truth is I don’t want there to be a pandemic either, truth is I’d jump at the chance to never have to wear a mask again. The problem is nobody has ever given me good reason to do so because they just seem content to lie to themselves about it, and I refuse to fucking do that.

Thank goodness for @IntegralAnswers who has emerged as an important science communicator and champion. Not sure how he has the bandwidth for all he does, but he’s super intuitive and does a true public service. Grateful

The UK government is urging people to stockpile canned goods and drinking water.
This is how we do it:
Buy a box of a month's worth of long life food.
Two months later buy another boxful, and give the first one to a food bank so nothing goes out of date.

I originally only masked to protect my health and the health of my family. But after I learned that masking pisses off the worst kinds of people, I mask to piss them off too.
I wear a mask because I hate being sick, and because "public health" everywhere has been pushing the "it's mild" false narrative for almost 5 years now.
Since "public health" has failed us so miserably, there is much more sickness out there to avoid, all year round, and with mass immune damage taking place, and getting worse with each wave of Covid, the situation will not improve.
That's a few reasons why I wear a mask. So #MaskUp
