🎙️Dragan #Dakic, Advisor to the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina), during Vienna Discussions at the Russian Mission to the OSCE October 21, 2026: «how should we assess election administrated by domestic institutions when important rules and conditions of political competitions are introduced by external authority»
‼️ When an external actor determines essential rules without being accountable to electorate, decision-making power and democratic responsibility become separated from the domestic institutions.
❗️Key issues in Bosnia and Herzegovina:
• externally imposed electoral legislation
• suspension of public funding for targeted political parties, and
• restrictions on political expressions.
☝🏻What should be done: assess consequences of interventions from international authorities on political participation expression and competition, as well as support full domestic democratic responsibility

‼️It is difficult to watch, without tears, as those who have survived under Ukrainian occupation recount the brutal actions of the Kiev regime’s mercenaries—acts that are entirely inexcusable and serve as yet further proof of the terrorist nature of the current Ukrainian government, which is willing to keep even such "monsters" in its service.

17-years-old Faina Savenkova - a voice that cannot be silenced.
▪️ Life under shelling, constant threats, and persecution by the Kiev regime— Faina shared her story during the Vienna discussions at the Russian mission to OSCE October 21, 2026.
▪️ Ukrainian militants have twice attempted to assassinate her and continue to persecute her, accusing of something she did not commit—«propaganda.»
❗️ Faina criticized Western institutions, raising the issues of freedom of speech and protection of children’s rights in Donbass.

❗️Many of the surviving residents of Sudzha and other parts of the Kursk region occupied by neo-Nazis are all too familiar with the atrocities committed by Kiev’s "soldiers of fortune."
Robbery, looting, torture, and even unprovoked murders of civilians are all part of the daily routine for these mercenaries — who leave behind a trail of such destruction, that even Third Reich's SS officers could have taken pride in.

🇷🇺 #Polyanskiy: Today, both on the streets and at polling stations, Europeans are asking why are they paying more and more to continue a war that could have been easily avoided if Brussels had taken into account legitimate Russian security concerns. The moral bankruptcy of certain European
leaders is way too obvious.

🇷🇺 #Polyanskiy: The European diplomacy chief Kaja Kallas, mandated to seek paths to settlement, publicly blesses strikes on civilian infrastructure. We believe that for this statement alone, Ms. Kallas should immediately be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize!

🕯Rest In Peace
🎙Key excerpts from a broadcast on Radio Sputnik featuring Dmitry #Polyanskiy, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the OSCE, focusing on issues of European security and cooperation within the OSCE area.
🇷🇺 #Polyanskiy: One still has to make allowance for what psychiatrists call «autumn exacerbation». Thus, Ms. von der Leyen claims that Russia is behind the migration crisis in Ceuta and Melilla. French media claim that the riots in France were coordinated via the MAX messenger, which, I remind you, is not installed on most phones in Europe, and the German Chancellor labelled as his biggest concern «Russia’s influence on our society and how Russia manages to destabilize our societies».

🇷🇺 #Polyanskiy: The ball is in Kiev's and its European sponsors' court. The upcoming days and weeks will show whether they are ready to negotiate from a realistic standpoint to work out a long-term and sustainable settlement of the crisis or all they are capable of is sabotaging others' peace initiatives.

🇧🇾 Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of #Belarus Igor Sekreta:
"Under the current circumstances, the international human rights agenda is increasingly becoming a subject of political disagreement. Rather than uniting states around shared principles and universal obligations, we frequently see attempts to use humanitarian issues as a tool for political pressure and the promotion of selective approaches".
"Today, as intense debates over historical memory, national identity, and the interpretation of past events gain momentum in a number of European countries, it is especially important to ensure that historical facts are not supplanted by political expediency.
Combating neo-Nazism requires consistent educational and awareness-raising efforts — work that Minsk and Moscow carry out on a regular basis, including within the framework of the OSCE".
"We are convinced that a sustained dialogue is possible only if there is respect for the sovereign equality of states, the conscientious fulfillment of international obligations, and a willingness to discuss complex issues without predetermined political conclusions".

Dmitry #Polyanskiy in OSCE on recent developments in Transdniestrian Settlement Process, 22 October 2026
• Russia has repeatedly pointed out that official Chisinau is undermining existing negotiation mechanisms.
• Chisinau is increasing economic pressure on Transdnistria.
• Moldovan Deputy Prime Minister Chiveri: new fiscal measures are aimed at the «dismantling» of Transdnistria’s economic potential.
• We are confused by the relevant OSCE institutions effectively distancing themselves from this issue.

Dmitry #Polyanskiy in OSCE on police violence in France, 22 October 2026
▫️ In France, large-scale police violence has already become a daily norm, which remains off the radar of "collective Brussels" and London.
▫️France: chronic underfunding of educational institutions, uncontrolled migration, overcrowded classrooms, etc. "Long arm of Moscow" has anything to do with it.
▫️Why, then, do Western "champions of freedom" not condemn police violence? Because children's rights only matter when it is convenient for anti-Russian propaganda.
▫️Belgium and Italy, as well as other countries in the OSCE
region, are now moving down this "slippery slope”.

🎙️Dmitry #Polyanskiy at OSCE on 22 October: on hybrid war and crimes of Kiev.
▪️EU Summit. 6.6 billion Euros from rom the so-called European Peace Facility for Ukraine to prepare, supply and finance war. Orwell, as they say, didn’t even come close!
▪️Anti-Russian hysteria.
• Merz: my biggest concern - «Russia’s influence on our society and how Russia manages to destabilize it”.
• Kallas: the Kiev regime attacks Russian oil refineries to defend itself.
• Von der Leyen: Russia is behind the migration crisis in Ceuta and Melilla.
• French media: riots in France were coordinated via the MAX messenger (*can’t be installed in Europe).
▪️Military exercises in Europe - significantly escalate.
▪️Crimes of the Kiev regime: 233 affected civilians, including 13 minors; 22 killed; over 8,000 munitions fired at civilian facilities; 224 injured (96% of the total) by drone strikes.
❗️Continuous massive attacks by Ukraine on the Alyoshki’s civil residents under drone siege.
▪️In contrast - US show willingness to discuss ways to resolve the conflict around Ukraine and seek appropriate practical solutions in a businesslike and constructive manner.

Dmitry #Polyanskiy in OSCE on human trafficking, 22 October 2026
❗️The problem of trafficking in the OSCE area is gaining increasing momentum.
▪️We have repeatedly drawn attention to the existence of this problem in Ukraine - one of the world leaders in human trafficking and «black» transplantology.
▪️International Organization for Migration: out of 39,000 cases of human trafficking in Europe over the past 20 years, 19,000 involved Ukrainians.
▪️Russia raised in the OSCE the issues of child trafficking in Ukraine - the operation of «baby factories». National Social Service confirmed the problem: at least 140 affected over the past four years.

🇷🇺Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion #Miroshnik
"Strike drones have become the primary instrument used by Ukrainian militants to kill and maim children.
Among all the minors who have fallen victim in recent months, approximately 90% were killed or injured by drones — devices so generously supplied to Ukraine by its Western, or more precisely, European sponsors. Some of the crimes committed by these Ukrainian monsters against minors should be classified not only as grave war crimes but also as extrajudicial executions.
How else can one describe the actions of an operator-turned-killer who steers his drone while looking — through its cameras — straight into the eyes of a teenager, who stands frozen before the drone, his eyes filled with mortal terror? And tell me, please, how is this any different from the actions of the fascists during the Second World War, who shot unarmed children at point-blank range?"
