The customer service I have received lately from @warhammer has been absolutely awful. From delayed shipments of pre-orders, missing parts, awful communication, the last few months have been bad. And instead of getting me replacement parts they just refund me. Be better.
My last six flights on @SouthwestAir have been delayed. Seems to be more and more common. Might finally be time to find another go to airline.
