Our final game of the season was a welcome home party for Coach Kristina Danella as her DePaul Catholic team took it to a battle tested St Thomas Aquinas 64-41. Junior forward Gianna Albanese was the player of the game for DC as she recorded a double double! She scored 14 points mostly on the paint but showed her range out to the three point line as well! Most impressively she backed that up with a game high 12 rebounds! Keep it up Gianna - your future is bright!! @gmchoops @NNJGirlsHoops @NJLadiesHoops @mjfranco02 @TinyGreenNBS @depaulcatholic @nlowe11 @dbrust1030 @KevinPerrington @APPSportsDesk @JSSInsider @HSSportsNJ @gianna_albanese

In our 2nd game of the night - Teaneck jumped out to big lead on an athletic and tough Chatham team and rode that wave to a 61-48 win. Junior guard Sydney Ayala was game MVP for Highwaywomen doing it all for her teammates. She banged threes from the outside, drove the lane finished and found her teammates - and most importantly she played that lockdown D Teaneck is famous for! Aniya Celestin had a monster game in the middle for TNHS as well! @gmchoops @NNJGirlsHoops @NJLadiesHoops @mjfranco02 @TinyGreenNBS @nlowe11 @dbrust1030 @KevinPerrington @APPSportsDesk @HSSportsNJ @JSSInsider @TeaneckHSWBB @chatgirlshoops
