Had a wonderful time with parents and new babies, at their tropical party. Lots of play, fun, support and advice. So important for the first year of life and you could see how much value it brought. It's called First Friend's. Absolute joy. @Christi29448451 @TobyLewis_NHS

I've been a volunteer for the Talking Therapies service for a few months. I've found it excellent and very rewarding. It has also been useful for me to maintain my own recovery. All the staff I've encountered have been friendly and helpful, especially Lottie, Lynn, Gemma, Katie and Tim. By Allan, Volunteer. #volunteersWeek2025
