Free-agent TE Dae’Quan Wright still is waiting to hear from the NFL about whether he is eligible to play this season. He never signed with LSU nor joined its roster, and his agent Drew Rosenhaus said multiple teams are now interested in signing him. Wright also is considering his legal options.

Savannah State’s wounds are self inflicted! Just a few years ago they were 7-3(2019) and 8-2 in 2021. Then school administration made a TERRIBLE decision in not retaining of not retaining the staff that built the program and the rest is history.
