This is insane. American Airlines sold me 16 tickets, issued them, took my miles + money… Then nearly 2 weeks later, they canceled ALL 16. becasue they said they made a mistake I’d already spent $5,000+ planning these trips. Has this happened to anyone else? @AmericanAir @AACenter @Dotransport please help if anyone knows what the heck is going on and PLEASE tag @AmericanAir
