Crews were out training on Saturday when they overheard a MAYDAY call for a vessel that had sank. They were very close and able to pull 1 person out of the water. #bcsar #rcmsar @VicJRCC_CCCOS
Glad we were in the right place at the right time for a mayday call with 2 people in the water in the #Dundarave area after their vessel sank in ~1 min @RCMSAR02

Last night we were dispatched to a dock fire in Belcarra. When our crews arrived bystanders had knocked down the worst of the fire. Our crews stayed on scene to extinguish the fire. A reminder to be extremely cautious and dispose of smoking materials responsibly.

RCMSAR 2 & 2B were called out at 1030pm last night to assist in transporting @SasamatFire crews to a dock that caught fire and was spreading to the brush in an area with no road access near Twin Islands. The fire is now out. #bcsar #BCWildfire @SasamatFDChief
