Today, @BMSatRSD2 recognized our Teacher of the Year (TOY) for the upcoming ‘23-‘24 school year, Mrs. Carson Coomes, orchestra teacher. Mrs. Coomes was voted TOY by her teacher colleagues and it is truly well deserved. Congratulations Mrs. Coomes! @RichlandTwo

Did somebody say personalized PD? We have some phenomenal sessions that are presented by our very own @RCE_SAiL teachers. @MedPro21 @TarheelEmily04 @ngilmore012024

#ThrowbackThursday @RCE_SAiL First pic was the summer before 2nd (maybe 3rd?) grade, when we went to Disney for the first time. Second pic was me in 5th grade, the day my baby sister was born. 🤗
#RCELovesOurChildren On this day we learned about tonality! We listened to each tonality on piano, brainstormed descriptive words for each, then voted on our fav as a class. Then, we passed out scarves to move expressively to our new fav tonality ~ Phrygian
Walk it out Wednesday!! One of my favorite things to do during quarantine is to get out into the fresh air. 🌞 🐶 @RCE_SAiL
