Amazon $AMZN price target raised to $350, named a Top Pick at Morgan Stanley
Morgan Stanley analyst Brian Nowak raised the firm's price target on Amazon to $350 from $335 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares, which were also moved to Top Pick among the analyst's coverage.
The firm, which continues to think AWS's growth and profit runway is "under-appreciated," is now expecting 47% and 42% year-over-year growth in 2027 and 2028, respectively.
The firm sees AWS operating as a "rule of 90" company in 2027-2028, paving the way for Amazon to generate about $16.50 of 2028 EPS, the analyst added.

This might be one of the craziest $AMZN charts I’ve seen in a while…
Amazon’s remaining performance obligations, primarily tied to AWS, have exploded to $496 BILLION.
That was just $164B in Q3 2024.
In less than two years, the contracted revenue sitting ahead of the business has roughly tripled!!

Charlie Munger said the hardest money you will ever make is your first $100,000.
After that, it gets easier. Before that, it feels like nothing is moving.
In the video below, he explains what the people who get there fast have in common. Then someone asks Warren Buffett how to make $30 billion. His answer is two words.
Munger named three things. Be rational. Be eager to jump on a good opportunity. And spend a lot less than you earn. Not a little less. "Grossly."
Buffett said: "Start young."
He called it a snowball. Money grows on money, and the snowball gets bigger the longer it rolls. The trick is a very long hill. That means starting early, or living a very long time.
Most people do it backwards. They wait until they earn more to start saving, and they spend every raise.
How far are you from your first $100K, and what is slowing you down the most?
Save the video for the days it feels like nothing is moving, and follow for more money lessons.

Here is a video of famous investor Peter Lynch talking about dealing with pullbacks in the Stock Market
Warren Buffett has lived in the same $31,500 house since 1958. Then a shareholder asked him: real estate or stocks?
His answer at the 2025 Berkshire meeting: there’s just so much more opportunity in stocks.
A stock trade is done in seconds. In real estate, he said, signing the deal is just the beginning. Then the negotiating starts again.
Even Charlie Munger’s real estate deals were, in Buffett’s words, little more than a hobby.
The numbers back him up. Since 1988, US home prices are up 374%.
The S&P 500 with dividends is up over 5,000%.
$10,000 in a house became about $47,000. In the index, about $510,000.
Your house or your portfolio, which one is really making you rich?
