We didn’t win this one 😅 But we’re not stopping. Quietline is still being built and we will keep pushing it forward.
The results are in. ☀️ Meet the Flare Summer Signal winners. Interoperable Asset Products 🥇 Remnara Confidential Payouts · $4,000 XRPL inheritance payouts where Flare Confidential Compute signs only after on-chain release conditions are met. dorahacks.io/buidl/46718 🥈 Astryum · $2,000 An XRP-first DeFi interface combining Flare Smart Accounts, FAssets and FTSO to simplify access to Flare DeFi. dorahacks.io/buidl/47534 Confidential Compute Apps 🥇 AgentVault · $4,000 Policy-controlled x402 payments where Flare Confidential Compute privately evaluates spending rules and signs only approved agent payments. dorahacks.io/buidl/47869 🥈 UMBRA · $2,000 A private FAssets dark pool using zero-knowledge proofs and on-chain encryption to hide sensitive trading data while keeping settlement verifiable. dorahacks.io/buidl/47493 Four very different products, built around the same idea: expanding what developers can make possible with XRP, interoperable assets and confidential compute on Flare. Congratulations to all four teams. 🔥

HSD Use your FXRP to borrow some USDT and touch grass before payday or lend your USDT and earn enough to touch grass next weekend All while FCC keeps your position private😉

Good borrowers deserve better terms 👀 We're working on increasing max LTV and liquidation thresholds based on your private repayment history. Your track record stays confidential with FCC. Coming soon...

We are working on something that could make borrowing better the more responsibly you use it. Repay your loans on time, manage your positions well and your max LTV and liquidation threshold can improve over time With FCC, Quietline will use your credit history confidentially to assess your risk and improve your borrowing terms without exposing the financial details behind it And honestly, I think this could be much bigger than just a Quietline feature. Watch out and stay tuned😉

The part about FDC proving both that something happened and that it didn’t is heavily underrated Build on facts not assumptions !!!
FDC gives smart contracts a standardized way to verify facts that happened outside Flare. Today it supports 7 attestation types. • AddressValidity: check whether an address is valid for a supported chain. • EVMTransaction: verify transaction data from Ethereum, Flare and Songbird. • Web2Json: fetch Web2 data, transform it with JQ and return ABI-encoded output to contracts. • Payment: verify payments on XRP, Bitcoin and Dogecoin. • ConfirmedBlockHeightExists: prove that a sufficiently confirmed block exists. • BalanceDecreasingTransaction: prove that a transaction reduced an address balance. • ReferencedPaymentNonexistence: prove that a specific referenced payment did not occur within a defined time window. FDC can attest both that something happened and, under defined conditions, that something did not happen. Docs: dev.flare.network/

This comment actually makes this easier to address because Confidential Compute is the main part of @QuietLine__ architecture and the product was built around it I also didn't use Lodestar as a reference because I genuinely didn't know Lodestar existed while building Quietline and I only discovered it today. Similar DeFi UX is normal because CEXs, DEXs, lending protocols and other products share layouts and interaction patterns when they are solving similar problems What matters is the implementation and that's where the work can actually be verified Our code is public, our contracts are public and our FCC integration is there to inspect, so @FlareNetworks @FlareDevHub I would genuinely appreciate it if you looked at both projects deeply from a technical perspective rather than judging this from mere accusations. Compare the repositories, contracts, architecture, commit history and FCC implementation because if I copied their work, the evidence should be in the code If I didn't, that should be clear too and I am confident the work will speak for itself. I genuinely wish the Lodestar team well and I hope they keep building because more strong builders on @FlareNetworks is good for everyone At the end of the day we are all trying to push the ecosystem forward, so I would rather have a fair technical conversation than unnecessary drama
He exposed himself pretty easily didn't even dare to change the font we chose personally😆 just slapped some FCC on it launched on 14th August, thankfully I saw this on my timeline today.

If having a similar UX/UI automatically makes a project a copy, then half of crypto is “copying” each other. we had no idea Lodestar even existed when we were building Quietline. We built Quietline independently, from scratch, around a completely different idea and architecture

With FXRP as collateral you can borrow USDT on @QuietLine__ 😉
With FXRP as collateral on @derivexyz you can: • Sell calls or puts at strikes you’re willing to take — and earn the premium • Buy puts to hedge downside without selling spot • Run spreads to cap risk • Trade perps from the same FXRP balance Portfolio margin. Self-custodial. 🔗 app.derive.xyz/trade/options…

It’s not possible to get more aligned than that...
With Flare Smart Accounts each individual transaction that a user makes on Flare requires a transaction on XRPL. Hence each individual transaction made through Flare Smart Accounts burns XRP. It’s not possible to get more aligned than that.

The number of BUIDL submissions would bace been 141 without Quietline btw
Incredible. Several hundred developers joined to build on Flare, submitting hundreds of projects with a strong focus on interoperability and privacy. We now have the difficult task of finding the top 4 projects that will win the main bounties. This will be very competitive. A few things to note: 1. This is just the beginning. We expect to support the teams that want to keep building and take their projects to mainnet. 2. No new submissions or modifications can be accepted after the deadline. 3. We’ll hold the winner announcement ceremony on August 24, where we’ll share who won and why. The Flare ecosystem showed a strong appetite to build despite harsh market conditions, and I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone who made this such a great experience.

The future of lending shouldn’t require everyone to see your finances. That’s why we built Quietline. Do more with your assets without anyone knowing😉
