Genuinely curious, @SamirTabar is always saying how he can’t legally say this or that. It seems like saying “the board and I are really thinking about doing a share buyback” would fall on a thin line? Either way $BTBT still sucks and everyone involved has done a horrendous job.
I’m very curious why @SamirTabar hasn’t addressed the offering? I know he plays this silence game but I feel like he should have came out and said something about it?

Compared to everything else in the sector… $BTBT is an embarrassment at this point.
$WYFI rockets past $40… $BTBT down. $ETH up $WYFI down.. go figure $BTBT down.. at this point I’m genuinely curious what it’s going to take for @BitDigital_BTBT. @SamirTabar removed the real value and a lot of us are left holding the bag.
The year is 2027 $BTBT still holds 71% ownership in $WYFI and the stock price is still $1.80 or so since it’s been like this for years. @BitDigital_BTBT decides to sell their @WhiteFiber_ shares. What does this look like for $BTBT shareholders? @SamirTabar @McnallieM ?
I’ve been in for like 3 years or so.. loved @SamirTabar and his forward thinking with data centers. And I do believe $WYFI will take off and do extremely well. The issue I have is us long term $BTBT “bag holders” are being left behind.
Real tough when us OG $BTBT shareholders look back and think about what could have been if we would have just rebranded or pushed the AI narrative harder. The spin off has completely killed any momentum for us shareholders. @BitDigital_BTBT @WhiteFiber_

Will $BTBT ever have its day? In what’s been a crazy market for the data center stocks @BitDigital_BTBT just seems to always lag behind. @SamirTabar what happens when the market just holds out keeping the stock low through 26 and then you start selling $WYFI shares? @WhiteFiber_
What’s really frustrating with $BTBT on days like today is it seems like every other comparable stock has risen tremendously and yet @BitDigital_BTBT is still down significantly and continuing to go down even more. I’d be fine with days like today if I wasn’t already so far down.
I get today is a blood bath but at some point something’s gotta give for @BitDigital_BTBT. What can be done to help shareholder value for the shareholders that have been here for years? @SamirTabar @WhiteFiber_
I still don’t think the market cares about @BitDigital_BTBT ownership in @WhiteFiber_ . Looks like $ETH is going to have to run in order for this to move at all. @SamirTabar can we get some $BTBT news soon?
