Michigan 2-3 zone set
Swing right…PG & backside guard exchange..swing back to the top…high post flash
Then they screen for wing cutting down, forcing the Middle man to step up
Bang-bang, too fast to recover
Elite zone offense leads to the alley oop
I’m a tough defender and a 3 level scorer. Playing on or off ball. I get to work 💪🏾

C/0 26 UNSIGNED Seniors can start dropping film below! You can also DM me directly!
Keep it simple🏀💡
BASKETBALL IS SIMPLE
Winning Basketball is not about complicated sets, or the ability to make tough shots. It’s about being disciplined and consistent in the simple things that happen the most in the game…. Finishing possessions with rebounds, taking care of the basketball, keeping your player in front on defense, etc.
Master those, add in your highlight plays, and you have winning basketball!!
