Every time you submit code on LeetCode or Codeforces, your code runs on a server somewhere but not directly on the host machine.
That code could try to access files, use the network, eat up memory, or spawn endless processes making your system prone to security issues also can cause a hefty cloud bill.

5 votes • Final resultsCodeforces as an evaluation parameter is losing its grip because of cheaters, like for past year the numbers were half of this and questions relatively trivial.
But the vice of large language models will lead to collapse of this platform if no necessary measures are taken.
