Pair trading is not that
AI stocks vs memecoins. i know which side i’d rather be on
running a basket pair trade on @pear_protocol
🟢 long: $NVDA $AMD $MU
🔴 short: $DOGE $PEPE $PUMP
why pair trading hits different:
i’m not betting on the market going up or down. i’m betting on one group beating another
if everything dumps, the meme shorts cushion the AI longs
if everything pumps, the AI longs carry the meme shorts
all that matters is the spread: real earnings vs vibes
and pear lets you build the whole basket in one trade. no opening six positions on three venues and praying they stay balanced
pick your thesis, pick your baskets, let the relative performance do the work

İf you are solo quant, nice offer, take a look

I dont still understand what is arc and what they migrate and should we do somethng
We're kicking off The Final Arc, a four-week trading competition marking Extended's migration to @arc.
- 750,000 Xpoints + 250,000 USDC prize pool
- All crypto and RWA markets are eligible
- October 6 to November 2
Weekly Xpoints epochs have concluded. The remaining Xpoints will be distributed through The Final Arc. This will be the final Xpoints distribution, and total Xpoints remain capped at 70 million. Accounts with elevated API limits (market makers) are not eligible for the competition, so all Xpoints in The Final Arc go to traders.
Over the course of The Final Arc, we'll share more about Extended’s token generation event (TGE), including tokenomics, airdrop terms and conditions, and other key details.
Opt in on the competition page to take part, and your trading activity from 00:00 UTC on October 6 will count toward the competition.
The Final Arc runs through the forthcoming migration, with trading expected to continue uninterrupted. Migration details, including any action required, will be shared shortly.
Rewards will be distributed according to the competition methodology.
Full details, eligibility and rules: docs.extended.exchange/exten…
Eligibility restrictions apply.
The Final Arc is subject to the Competition Terms and eligibility requirements, and Extended may modify, suspend or cancel it. Xpoints have no monetary value and are governed by the Points Programme Terms. Perpetual derivative contracts do not provide ownership of, or shareholder or other rights in, the underlying assets. Availability is subject to eligibility and jurisdictional restrictions. Trading involves leverage and significant risk, including possible total loss.
Goodbye old friend
An important update from Hotstuff
As we prepare for the next chapter in Hotstuff's journey, we'll be winding down our current trading operations across both perpetual and spot markets.
We're working towards a strategic acquisition of Hotstuff Labs, subject to final agreements and approvals. The proposed transaction would bring our engineering team, trading products and full financial infrastructure, including our custom Layer 1, into the acquiring company. Our intention is to continue working on our vision and relaunch our product lines under the acquiring company's brand.
We'll share more about the next phase as plans take shape.
For everyone with positions or funds on Hotstuff, here's what happens next:
• Perpetual markets will close on September 25, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time (14:30 UTC). You can close your positions before this deadline. Any positions still open at the cutoff will be automatically settled at the prevailing market price, with the resulting account balance available to withdraw.
• Vault withdrawals will open only after perpetual markets closes.
• Spot trading will remain available until September 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (October 1, 03:59 UTC). You can sell your spot holdings and withdraw the proceeds, or withdraw supported assets to an external wallet, before this deadline.
• Withdrawals through the app will also remain available until September 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (October 1, 03:59 UTC). Please withdraw all remaining funds before this deadline.
• After the app withdrawal window closes, you can request a withdrawal by opening a support ticket in our official Discord.
Our team will be available on Discord to help with closing positions and withdrawals.
To everyone who traded, tested, shared feedback and helped us build Hotstuff, we sincerely appreciate you. We know you put time and trust into this, and we’re grateful for the part you played in building it. We look forward to having you with us for the next chapter of our journey.
Has been algo trader nearly 10 years, could not go the the gym in the morning.
This fucking z gen has no working hour or they think they are algo trader bc they use tradingview
You dont need to compete bg names in start and do not need private lines bc most of exchange are in tokyo ( if you can not afford it )
