Collegeboard to release 2020 Official SAT Study Guide with 8 tests. It will have two new tests: 2017 October SAT and 2018 October SAT test. I am not sure which two tests be dropped. All tests will be available on Collegeboard's site in pdf format. #SAT

ACT Inc. hasn't yet told its website people that the February test will be available in New York due to a test release exemption recently signed into law by the governor. The College Board has had an identical exemption for more than 20 years.
