WE AUDITED ALL 58 FOREIGN-BORN FEDERAL JUDGES SITTING ON AMERICA'S BENCH FOR LIFE.
I spent over a billion tokens and about 45 days on this deep dive.
Through this deep dive and the over a million court cases we have combed through, we have launched an American First Index (AFI) for the site. (More on it as we improve the metrics and refine deeper.)
Out of 58 sitting foreign-born Article III judges, 43 were appointed by Biden or Obama. Among those drawn from ACLU and public defender pipelines, border enforcement is blocked over 80% of the time and 60% of criminal sentences fall below federal guidelines.
We have added an interactive tool on bench receipts that allows you to drill down and look at how each of these judges behave on the bench.
This is just the start. The federal judges are easier to identify than the state level judges. I assume there are 100s if not 1000+ foreign born or first-gen American on our benches.
They do not judge on our laws, they judge on the culture they came from. This is a huge reason our country has lost its identity.
Impeach her...violates her oath of office and her oath to the constitution. @SenateGOP
Sen. Elissa Slotkin says she wants the threat of prosecution to serve as a "deterrence message" that scares young people away from taking jobs in the Trump administration.
The Michigan Democrat made the remarks at a University of Chicago event, saying she wants prospective hires to think, "Lord, that might be buying myself a ton of problems that I don't want, and so let me avoid participating in that."
The comments drew sharp backlash from legal scholars and conservative students alike, with law professor Jonathan Turley saying Slotkin "said the quiet part out loud."

As the Department of Education approaches its final days, many claims have been made about what its closure could mean for education in America.
The Department of Education's legacy is not one of educational improvement, but of bureaucratic waste, federal overreach, and declining student outcomes.
@DeAngelisCorey, Research Fellow at the Center for Education Policy, joins us to debunk the myths surrounding the Department's closure.
Dhillon is a hero for free America.
“There are people who feel that the point is to sow distrust about the whole election system. There are very few people who are noncitizens who end up voting very few. Very few. And so therefore what's the purpose?” 60 Minutes asks Harmeet Dhillon, who heads the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division.
“The point is actually the opposite of what you were saying. It's not to sow distrust. The distrust is there,” says Dhillon. “And so all of these kinds of crimes are being prosecuted now for the first time really in volume.”
State audits have shown that noncitizen voting is extremely rare, though it does happen. cbsn.ws/4z7X60k

CHAOS INC: A Fox News Digital investigation by @FoxNews Digital's senior editor of investigations @AsraNomani has identified 54 organizations behind France's escalating protests — a sprawling network of communist parties, revolutionary socialist groups, labor unions, Palestine-solidarity organizations and international media outlets working to transform grievances into a full-blown revolt against capitalism, government austerity and military spending.
Now, 28 communist and socialist youth organizations across 12 European countries are mobilizing for a coordinated November 20 strike under the slogan "Fight for Our Future, Not Their Wars," calling for walkouts, blockades, occupations and mass demonstrations.
Among the international amplifiers: organizations tied to Neville Roy Singham, a Marxist tech tycoon living in Shanghai, whose network includes Tricontinental and BreakThrough News, a New York-based outlet that published advance coverage of the weekend's mayhem in France.

🚨 HOLY CRAP! Rep. Byron Donalds just MIC DROPPED every Democrat traitor in America
"They will watch people STARVE. They will watch people be oppressed and they won't lift a FINGER, but they'll go to their cocktail party and talk about how they 'stand for freedom and liberty and democracy.' Give me a BREAK!"
"The fact that you have Democrat senators who want to stop President Trump from doing what he can to help free Cuba from more than 60 years of totalitarianism and a DICTATORSHIP."
"But then the SAME Democrats will come here and LECTURE everybody in America about how they're the 'only ones that stand for freedom, that stand for democracy.' Give me a BREAK!" 🔥
"They're lying. But this isn't new. They lie about this stuff all the time because we work in these halls and when we try to just do simple common sense policy to actually open up America's economy for the American people, drive down costs, have health care that makes sense..."
"...You know who stops us? The same Democrats who go on the trail and talk about how they're the only one standing for the little guy!"
"That war powers resolution that they're bringing is indicative of the fact that the Democrats will tolerate totalitarianism on THEIR watch and they will let it happen."
"I don't listen to them anymore and that resolution is why."

Former Black Democrat city councilwoman in Michigan announces she is voting REPUBLICAN for the FIRST TIME in her life, backing Mike Rogers over Democrat Abdul El-Sayed.
“I couldn’t in my right mind vote for this guy…his ideas don’t align with what I think is best.”
“I started doing my research on Mike Rogers. I’m a staunch Democrat…my policies align with Rogers. He’s about the conglomerate of people, not just a select few.”
Abdul El-Sayed is not for Michigan or America.

Once again, @GovPritzker found out - It happens every day in Illinois my friends. He either finds out that his sanctuary city support results in another murder by an illegal, or in this case, denial of $8B in funding
🚨BREAKING: And just like that...Illegals can no longer get free healthcare through Medicaid in Illinois
Trump just blocked ($8.4) billion dollars for (IL) until Pritzker rescinds it's Sanctuary status
This is exactly what I voted for on Nov 5th
While John Maynard Keynes was busy blaming capitalism for the Great Depression, Friedrich Hayek published Prices and Production in 1931 and explained exactly what the Federal Reserve had actually done to cause it.
Central banks expand credit, artificially lowering interest rates below their natural market level. Entrepreneurs, reading cheap credit as a signal that real savings exist, pour capital into long-term projects: factories, infrastructure, heavy production. They borrow at 3% and build accordingly. The Fed manufactured that 3% from thin air between 1921 and 1928. No corresponding pool of genuine savings backed it.
Hayek called this the boom phase. Malinvestment compounds quietly while the party runs.
Then reality arrives. The credit expansion cannot continue indefinitely without hyperinflation, so the central bank tightens. Interest rates climb toward their real level.
Suddenly those long-term capital projects that penciled out at 3% are bleeding money. Entrepreneurs liquidate. Unemployment spikes. The structure of production snaps back violently toward what actual consumer preferences and genuine savings could support.
This is the bust. The depression is the cure, not the disease.
Keynes looked at that same wreckage in 1936 and prescribed more government spending, more credit, more of the exact poison that caused the seizure. Every dollar of "stimulus" the Roosevelt administration injected after 1933 delayed the necessary liquidation and extended the Depression by years. The unemployment rate still sat at 17.2% in 1939, a full decade in.
Hayek handed policymakers the correct diagnosis. They hired a different doctor because his prescription required them to do less, spend less, and control less.
