We are gratified that the jury found Arm breached its long-standing Architectural License Agreement (ALA) with Qualcomm, failed to honor its commitments, and intentionally acted to disrupt Qualcomm's businesses. Together with Qualcomm's prior court victory, this outcome further exposes Arm’s broader intentions to harm Qualcomm and its ecosystem. This outcome is a victory for innovation and competition, and we remain focused on developing and delivering industry-leading semiconductor products including our Oryon CPUs to customers and consumers worldwide.

In a recent interview with @CNBC, @Qualcomm CEO @cristianoamon explores how AI agents are changing how people use their smartphones, allowing agents to operate on-device, all the time, through newly designed chips.
Good conversation with @jonfortt on @CNBC from Maui. Trust and low friction are what will decide whether people adopt AI agents. For agents to be useful, using them must be easier than doing the task yourself. #SnapdragonSummit

6G is not just faster wireless; it is the layer that enables American AI to run factories, robots, and public-safety systems. Agentic and physical AI only scale if networks can move context in real time — making spectrum and standards leadership essential to industrial automation at scale.
"We're using AI."
Just about everyone is saying it.
But the real question is: can our networks keep up with what's next? That's where #6G comes in.
Personal AI agents are moving beyond isolated apps to help with everyday tasks across phones, wearables, and other devices. Discover how @Qualcomm is helping make that experience more seamless across devices: qualcomm.com/news/onq/2026/0…
.@Qualcomm is proud to sponsor the @CHCI Awards Gala in DC and empower future leaders. Qualcomm Senior Manager @hlopezlandin, a CHCI alum, shared more on the program’s impact:
The next generation of #AI won't live in a single data center. Instead, it will operate across billions of connected devices, reducing the need to send data back and forth to the cloud. In a Q&A with @washingtonpost Intelligence, @Qualcomm CFO & COO Akash Palkhiwala explains why hybrid AI, cloud AI and on-device AI will define the next phase of computing. This new era of AI promises greater privacy, lower latency, enhanced reliability, and more personalized user experiences. wpintelligence.washingtonpos…

Building a new generation of wireless involves pushing the boundaries of research, innovation, and what's possible. That was on full display at our 6G Leadership Day, where we welcomed industry media and analysts to San Diego. Designed to be AI-native from the start, 6G will not only bring advances in connectivity, but also enable distributed computing from device to cloud and wide-area sensing via the network itself.
We were glad to welcome @AjitPai, President and CEO of @CTIA, for a conversation about the path to 6G and what the industry must do to make it successful, including continued investment in research and infrastructure and making more spectrum available for innovation and growth. Grateful to @durga_malladi, @JohnEdwardSmee and our 6G leadership team for presenting our vision for the future of cellular connectivity.
