When AI agents control money, who owns the trust, the risk, and the execution?
That is the question on Panel 01 at Han River Sunset, KBW week in Seoul. We are on it.
Sep 29 (Tue), panel at 17:00 KST, VIEW376, Apgujeong.
Come by, set up an Agent Wallet on site, and take the merch with you.
RSVP: luma.com/w4cjeate
The wallet is the agent's own, with your spend limits on it. Payments settle on-chain and come back with a receipt your agent can show.

Our APAC Lead @Phavorable took the session. The starting point was simple.
Every checkout on the internet assumes a human is sitting there.
Thanks for having us.
Your agent pays 5 cents and gets a rating it can show.
Point it at a governance proposal, say what you actually care about, and Q402 Governance Analysis reads the whole thing, then returns a vote recommendation, five dimension ratings with reasons, and an on-chain receipt. In your own language.

You do not need our SDK. The official x402 clients pay this endpoint as is, both dialects, and it is listed in the x402 Bazaar so an agent can find it without being told about us.
$0.05 USDC on @base per proposal.

Some agents vote with real money behind them. Now they can buy judgment first.
Q402 Governance Analysis is live on @base . Your agent sends a proposal, gets back a vote recommendation with dimension ratings and reasoning, and pays $0.05 over x402 with an on-chain receipt.

The wallet setup was the reason your agent's payment demo never left staging.
Try Q402 with a Google login. No seed phrase, no gas to bring.

Free tier: 500 sponsored transactions on Base, 30 days. Sandbox by default, live when you say so.
x402 payments usually clear the moment the endpoint responds. Seller ships nothing, buyer chases.
On @base , the same payment can route into escrow. Funds lock on-chain. The owner approves release. Timeout refunds.
For unknown sellers, large tickets, or slow deliveries.

Same problem, two layers: agents transacting with counterparties they've never met, at machine speed.
Quack AI is the coordination and settlement backbone for the agent economy: an issuer-neutral layer where agents pay, get paid, and stay within the rules, across any stablecoin rail. Policy runs before authorization. Escrow replaces "pay first, hope second" with "lock first, release second."
PROM is building the economic layer for autonomous agents: a modular zkEVM designed for high-frequency, low-value machine-to-machine payments with verifiable execution.
Together we'll explore what it looks like when Q402's policy-aware, one-signature flows meet rails built for machine scale. Governance decides what an agent can do. PROM makes doing it a billion times cheap and verifiable.
New iPhone, new site.
q402.quackai.ai, rebuilt, and day-one ready for iPhone Duo. Verified across both displays.
Yesterday: Q402 Escrow went live on Base.
Today: what it actually looks like to use it.
One install, sign in with Google, and your agent creates and locks the escrow. The funds sit on-chain. Seller delivers, you approve the payout. Nothing arrives, the timeout sends it back.
The agent locks. You release.

An agent pays an x402 endpoint. The endpoint takes the money and returns an error.
The money moved. The work did not.
Four ways the industry is trying to close that gap. Two of them already ship with Q402:
Signed receipts: every settlement returns an ECDSA-signed Trust Receipt.
Reputation: our policy layer checks a recipient's ERC-8004 reputation before a payment settles.
That leaves the one at the top of the list.
Escrow. Next week.
One year ago today, $Q went live.
Q402 did not exist yet.
12 months later:
Q402 shipped on BNB Chain on day 57
19 universities, 57 teams, one global camp
MCP on npm, agents paying from inside Claude, Codex and Cursor
Q402 Connect live on Base
377K+ gasless settlements. 28K+ installs. Live on 12 chains.
Year one was infrastructure. Year two is scale.
