Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and trade[XYZ] have announced their plan to use Hyperliquid as the infrastructure layer to deploy perpetual futures markets for US traders across crypto, equities, commodities, foreign exchange, and other real-world assets, subject to regulatory approvals. ICE operates NYSE and some of the largest exchanges and clearing houses globally.
In this structure:
+ Hyperliquid serves as the underlying technology infrastructure via HIP-3*
+ trade[XYZ] designs and implements the markets
+ ICE operates the regulated market and clearing structure
Existing trade[XYZ] HIP-3 markets will remain unchanged.
Hyperliquid is a neutral infrastructure layer with the goal of supporting large parts of the financial system. As with HIP-3, HIP-3* deployers are independent operators who use Hyperliquid as the onchain infrastructure layer for their own markets, while retaining control and responsibility over their deployment.
trade[XYZ] and ICE, owner of the New York Stock Exchange, are joining forces to bring 24/7 perpetual futures on Hyperliquid to the United States.
In just over a year, our markets on Hyperliquid have surpassed $650 billion in volume. They provide continuous price discovery for stocks, indices, and commodities, and have become trusted reference points for retail and institutions alike when traditional markets are closed. Much of the world trades them. Until now, Americans could only watch.
We intend to change that. Subject to CFTC approval, trade[XYZ] and ICE plan to establish a new, dedicated U.S. market, with novel exchange and clearing infrastructure built on Hyperliquid. Planned contracts span equities, indices, commodities, FX, and crypto, with access through participating brokers and platforms. Weβll share more on products, eligibility, and timing as approvals progress.
ICE brings more than 25 years of experience operating regulated markets, clearing, and managing risk. trade[XYZ] brings the product development, market design, and technology behind the most liquid and robust markets on Hyperliquid.
Innovation and the protections of U.S. regulation shouldnβt be a trade-off. Together, we plan to prove it.
ICE is making a strategic investment in trade[XYZ] and joins us in building towards the future of Hyperliquid. A small group of market luminaries is joining as well, beginning with Stan Druckenmiller. For more than four decades, few investors have anticipated the great turns in markets as often as Stan. Weβre proud to have him with us for the next one.
Weβre building the U.S. market in parallel with our existing HIP-3 markets, which weβll continue to expand and innovate on. We expect both to flourish. They each have a long road map ahead, from new asset classes to new ways to trade them.
To the Hyperliquid community, whether you were here before us or came because of us, thank you. You took a chance on new markets and you made them matter. Youβll forever be a part of this story.
Anything. Anytime. On ICE[XYZ].

This aged pretty well.
This morning $KLEOS was the smallest of the 3 launchpads.
Now itβs sitting at $508K and has taken the #1 spot on @Enter_Elysium.
My thesis hasnβt changed:
β Known dev behind it: @Chain0xs
β Best UI of the 3 imo
β Solid backing
β Traders like to use it
And now we know @fomo + the @pumpfun co-founder are both supporting Elysium from DAY 1 of public mainnet.
The closer we get to Nov 9, the more interesting this gets.
Very comfy here. π
I bought $KLEOS on @Enter_Elysium.
There are 3 launchpads on the chain right now:
$KLEOS - $85K
$ELYSP - $150K
$BOXA - $186K
The biggest difference?
@TheKleos_ is the ONLY one of the 3 where we actually know the X account behind the dev: @Chain0xs.
On top of that, the UI is the cleanest of all 3 and itβs the ONLY one with a flywheel that benefits the community.
My thesis is simple:
The closer we get to Nov 9, the more attention I expect Elysium to attract.
If that happens, the upside from here could be massive relative to the risk Iβm taking β exactly the kind of asymmetric setup I look for.

i believe community is last remaining moat in the age of AI
the only way I know of building a community is by giving selflessly
to kick this off we did our first retroactive airdrop of 337k EXFIL today (using fees from the bonding curve)
no signup to a squad
no schedules
it's already in your @exfildotfun wallet if you've traded and are green on 27th
our running expenses are around 5k USD and half of it is covered from our trading fees (see attached for the break down)
so we'll be doing more retroactive airdrops every month to grow exfil community 10x
tipping is live on Exfil app
when someone shares a great take you can tip them
X has a great culture of roasting and we want to bring it to exfil
roasting is fun, authentic and most importantly it feels opposite of shilling to me
Iβll be personally tipping such spicy takes / share your screenshots on this thread
For routine shills: go to other apps
For spicy takes: come to exfil
Everyone will buy $aeon @aeonframework at the price they deserve

robinhood:0xc60ba256b44334a0cd2c7242e98b88f031abb006 at 860k is one of those "asymmetric bets"
@ProgrammableHQ has been fudded since the start because @hazarxyz is a quite "naive dev" (ie. manual buybacks, doesn't update x everyday and prefers to hangout in Discord). This really doesn't help in a red market.
One thing you simply cannot deny though, is that robinhood:0xc60ba256b44334a0cd2c7242e98b88f031abb006 is the only successful "hooks" project on the market. It's the platform that hosted ethereum:0x1b54e762aa34cf6e28e9c082f2848e28e45da6b8 launch (Ath 20M, currently sitting at 4M).
I only see the hooks tech to improve and get more support from @Uniswap & @RobinhoodCrypto and the ETH community, simply because it's one of the coolest and most creative ways to do stuff on chain.
@hazarxyz is a first mover with the highest knowledge and right tech and he will deliver big again imo, either with ethereum:0x1b54e762aa34cf6e28e9c082f2848e28e45da6b8 to new highs or future launches and brand new hooks mechanisms.
Programmable is and will remain the only platform where you can launch verified custom contracts
Since we started building:
-1.265 launches
-$130M in volume
-$85,000 in buybacks
Weβve had plenty of ups and downs along the way, but we never stopped building. Weβre still here, still shipping, and thereβs a lot more in progress than weβve shown so far
These are our current stats since the beginning:

there is no liquidity in crypto anymore
in traditional markets, revenue comes from customers buying a product. new money enters the system
in crypto, revenue comes from existing users rotating from one token to the next. no new money, just the same capital changing seats
you can keep playing musical chairs with whatβs left onchain, or go capture the capital flowing into AI
my bet with base:0xbf8e8f0e8866a7052f948c16508644347c57aba3: launch the token early, buy it back with EXTERNAL revenue, keep building
the token is the new equity: an open alternative to VCs and closed capital markets
like i said, you can't rely on crypto liquidity expanding anymore. like a emerging market, it'll have short booms, with busts.
you have to look towards the outside. card spending ramping. gpu loans going up. inference demand. all of these are fresh blue oceans.
there are coins tied to crypto liquidity (bad), and then there are coins tied to external liquidity (good).

Some facts I love about $CARDS:
1) Theyβve made >$1b in cumulative revenue with $0 in marketing spend.
2) They hit an ATH in revenue Q3, withstanding Robinhood Chain, a major return in meme activity, and the most competitive onchain ecosystem in months.
3) 30% of the reported FDV is just foundation tokens, which have no plans to ever be released. The true circulating market cap is ~$115M at 0.25c price.
4) Collector Crypt started publicly reporting tokenomics last month (collectorcrypt.com/tokenomicβ¦).
5) Preseed investors (VCs) are fully vested, seed investors (TCG whales that are active users) just began unlocking.
6) Collector Crypt is essentially the βHyperliquid of collectiblesβ with multiple large frontends plugging into their marketplace and gacha for TCG inventory.
7) Ripmart, a live pack ripping app, is expected to release soon. It will go head to head with Whatnot (raised at $20b in Aug 2026).

Weβre excited to receive a $100K grant from @StellarOrg to extend Minisendβs stablecoin settlement and payment infrastructure to Stellar.
liquidity fragmentation remains one of the biggest challenges for stablecoin treasuries, traders and freelancers managing funds across multiple networks.
with @minisendapp, weβre solving this through cross-chain wallets, unified balances, gasless transactions and automated settlement.
Now weβre extending that infrastructure to Stellar.
thank you for betting on us, @BuildOnStellar.
Replying to @StellarOrg
@StellarOrg is backing us with $100k grant to keep building.
Stablecoins move across multiple chains, but getting that liquidity into local payment rails can still mean dealing with bridges, gas, fragmented liquidity and P2P.
We're building Minisend to connect those onchain flows to the local rails people already use across Africa.
More chains. More rails. Simpler settlement.
