What’s being worked on / why the upside is real: • Open-source agent runtime with human-signed spending mandates (agents stay within limits the owner signs) • Private settlement through Xochi dark pool so strategies never hit the public mempool • Solver revenue (10–40 bps per leg) programmatically buying $RAXOL against ~$200K liquidity • ERC-8262 ZK Compliance Oracle (authored by the team): agents prove sanctions + risk checks at transaction time without revealing the trade. Institutions get a verifiable “yes, this is compliant” without seeing the details • Nethermind audit completed to enable shielded settlement on Xochi • Stealth addresses + Aztec bridge work for private execution HOOKR synergy: MCG interview explicitly covered $HOOKR integration + @Hookrfun dev collab. Hookr already ships on-chain compliance guards (fail-closed on pool entries). Team is also working toward HOOKR + Raxol + privacy pools for more native privacy DeFi, and reached out to 0xbow yesterday to integrate Privacy Pools v2 (private payments, yield, and swaps with ASP screening). Same chain, complementary compliance + privacy layers: RAXOL agents can route into programmable Uniswap v4 pools that enforce rules, while privacy pools and RAXOL’s ZK oracle handle private compliant execution. TO SIMPLIFY: AI agents that can trade and pay privately without getting you rugged or sandwich-attacked, while still being able to prove they’re not touching dirty money. The more people use the private trading system, the more it automatically buys the token. They’re also connecting it to other privacy and programmable trading tools on the same chain so it works more like a real private finance setup instead of a sketchy mixer.
