Due to staff sickness Queenwood Library will not be open this weekend(Sat 30th Sept and Sun 1st Oct). The computer room next door is open 8:30 till midnight 7 days a week if you need study space or printing facilities. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Next Monday, 28th August, Queenwood library will be closed due to the Bank Holiday. However, the Eastbourne computer room will be open from 8.30am - midnight over the weekend for those who wish to continue studying. We will reopen at 9am on Tuesday 29th.

Bank holiday opening hours: Queenwood library will be open 12pm to 10pm on Saturday and Sunday but will be closed on Monday 29th May. However, the Eastbourne computer room will be open from 8.30am - midnight on Monday for those who wish to study.

Changes to your library service Summer 2023.
Over the summer vacation, the School of Humanities and Social Sciences is moving from Falmer and City campuses to Moulsecoomb campus. Library resources that support these courses will be moved from St Peters House and Falmer Libraries to Aldrich Library. Humanities and Social Sciences resources will be unavailable at Falmer Library from 19 June and at St Peters House from Tuesday 27 June. It will be available again at Aldrich Library from 3 July. Reservations will be unavailable from 9 June to 10 July whilst library stock is being moved. There may be some noise and disruption at times whilst shelves are moved. Libraries will remain open, but access to some areas and use of lifts may be restricted at times to allow resources to be moved safely. Ebooks and inter-library loans will be available throughout. We're making some changes to the layout of the libraries. If you need help with finding anything, please talk to staff at the library help desk
