R Connection: Martin Percival What We Keep.. As Forever R's celebrates its tenth anniversary, we sat down with Martin Percival, one of the supporters who played a key role in its creation. Martin's family have been following Queens Park Rangers since around 1895. His grandfather Will, his father Frank and then Martin himself. Three generations and more than 130 years of QPR history. But this conversation is about much more than football. Martin shares his father's extraordinary story of surviving the Burma Railway, the family collection of QPR memorabilia he rebuilt after the war, and how a childhood autograph from Dave Thomas eventually became a friendship. We talk about the origins of Forever R's, the importance of remembering the people who have shaped our club, and the stories that pass between generations of supporters. And we discover why, after a lifetime following Rangers, two words from Martin's father still mean so much. Keep the faith. This is Martin Percival's R Connection.
