BREAKING: The UK will restart a resettlement program for refugees and will prioritize Palestinian refugees as well as women from Afghanistan. The Guardian reports that the news will be announced by Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood tomorrow. Around 1/4 of the refugees in the resettlement program will consist of Palestinians and Afghans. The program will also make it easier for the refugees to receive permanent settlement rights in the UK.
