The Zealous Launch testnet upgrade is now complete. 💜 We upgraded the node to v2.1.0 and moved the platform onto the latest KCC standards, SilverScript and Argent releases. We also shipped major improvements across the product. The portfolio page has been upgraded, the token creation flow is smoother, trading on the curve has been improved, and the quoting mechanism is now more reliable and efficient. Performance across the entire L1 platform has also been significantly improved, and we have now completed our third round of internal audits. One of the most important additions is a new protection layer across both the API and UI. Security should not stop at the covenant contracts themselves. Even if the contracts behave exactly as intended, users can still be exposed through the layers they interact with. We have added additional checks and protections at the interface and API level to reduce the risk of attacks that could happen outside the covenant logic itself. The goal is simple: protect users across the full stack, not just at the smart contract layer. Thanks to everyone who tested through the downtime and resets. The testnet is back online and ready for you.

Every KRC-20 user frozen on @CoinExcom is still locked out. Their Sept 29 deadline to withdraw assets in original form came and went while our funds were blocked. We could not act not because we missed it, but because they froze us.

KCC-1 and KCC-2 just entered Last Call. Nice milestone from @IzioDev and the contributors working on Kaspa’s covenant standards. KCC-1 gives builders a common language for covenant layouts, state and ABI conventions. KCC-2 tackles another important piece: how applications represent authority — keys, scripts or even a continuing Covenant ID. Sounds dry, but this is the stuff different wallets, tools and applications need to agree on if they’re going to work together. Both changes were merged today. Nothing was activated on mainnet. Update from KAT. The Kasplex KRC-20 Indexer API is back online. See the quoted post below from Kasplex. We have confirmed that ZEAL and NACHO are the only two assets affected by the KRC-20 Indexer exploit as it relates to bridge operations. We still recommend that you do not trade KRC-20s until a recovery plan has been put in place and approved by the community. That choice belongs to the community, as it always has. We are awaiting ZealousSwap’s recovery plan, and we remain committed to supporting that plan as best we can. NachoNation will hold a series of calls and discussions over the next week or so to explore the options, formulate the best recovery plan, and approve it together. KAT Bridge remains offline. We expect that to continue at least until a finalized recovery plan is structured and approved by the community. Igra’s DAO decision on the funds they recovered need to be considered as part of that plan. Thank you for staying with this.
