Most frequent question to my updates:
Those ARR numbers are not the clients’ ARR.
They’re ours.
QLS revenue = orders × shipping fee + pick & pack.
On the signed book, that is:
• 12,600,000 to 13,000,000 parcels a year
• 67 signed clients
• ~190,000 parcels per signed client per year
98 more clients are already in the qualified pipeline.
221-Day Update on Quince Logistics:
Revenue metrics:
• $458.4M ARR in total qualified pipeline
• $166.3m ARR won (signed order forms)
• +$42.8M pipeline since last update (~$2.14M / day)
Ops metrics:
• Total shipments: 114,350
• MoM growth +78.5%
• P50 -> 3.32 calendar days
• P90 -> 5.24 calendar days
Other notes:
• International fulfillment now live
• Countries: US, UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Canada, AU, NZ

A common thing I see after launching QLS with Quince:
A lot of vendors will lock their clients in for long contracts.
Because they know their offer is not that great, has no competitive moats and often ranks much lower than the incumbents.
We believe in our offer so much that we don't lock anyone in on the contract
That alone has been pretty disruptive
Great clip from @RomanEcom on @9operators podcast talking about the value of QLS and why he sees the value for @rayconglobal and @LinjerCo
