The Training Programme on International Commercial Courts will guide participants through key stages of proceedings before QICDRC.   Modules will cover the Court and Regulatory Tribunal, urgent applications, commencing proceedings, defences and counterclaims, disclosure, hearing preparation, evidence, judgments, costs, enforcement, and appeals.   The programme is designed to combine legal knowledge with practical courtroom skills.

يأخذ البرنامج التدريبي حول المحاكم التجارية الدولية المشاركين في رحلة عملية عبر مراحل التقاضي المختلفة أمام المحكمة.    وتشمل محاور البرنامج عدد من  الإجراءات المعمول بها أمام المحكمة المدنية والتجارية لمركز قطر للمال و محكمة التنظيم التابعة للمركز، والتي تتضمن الشروع في الإجراءات، الطلبات العاجلة، ، والدفوع والطلبات المقابلة، والإفصاح، والتحضير المستندات، والأدلة، والأحكام، والتكاليف، والتنفيذ، والاستئناف.   ويجمع البرنامج في أجندته بين الجانب النظري والعملي.
