ALT We have received many questions about what QGCon will do to accommodate people who cannot come to Canada in the current geopolitical context. While QGCon has always been livestreamed, we are considering what more we can do to accommodate remote presentations and remote arcade presenters. As the situation continues to evolve, we are watching closely and gathering information about the community’s needs concerning remote conference access. We are investigating workable, practical alternatives and look forward to sharing them with you closer to the conference. In the meantime, we strongly encourage you to apply with your game, project, talk, workshop, or other incredible queer thing, even if you don’t know whether you can make it in person. Please don’t self-select out of QGCon – in the event that coming to Canada is unfeasible, we will work with you to ensure you can meaningfully participate. Despite everything, we look forward to being in community with you!
