They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them. #RemembranceDay2024
Congratulations to @QEInteractClub on winning the exceptional young volunteer at the stringer communities awards @darlingtonbc.
Congratulations to @QEInteractClub on their nomination in the category in the young volunteers category. Well done guys.🤞
@QEInteractClub always happy to help. Pleased you enjoyed finding the books. @DarlRotary
Thank you to @DarlRotary for their kind hospitality and inviting the students of @QESFC volunteering group to share their projects so far this year. Look forward to sharing the next instalment. #peopleofaction
From making cancer care packages, to writing to lonely people, to supporting children in Africa, @QEInteractClub gave @DarlRotary a taste of the many great projects they undertake. Here with President Michelle Thompson (left) @wondermum2009 and host Kevin Robinson @Robbo_2016
As part of #worldbookday2024 @QEInteractClub hid over 100 books at primary schools in the region. The idea is that hidden books are found, read and then students hide them for others to find and so continue the process. A great fun way to get everyone reading.
Great to see that the books shared by @qeinteract are already being shared and enjoyed. #readingforpleasure #readingcommunity
@QEInteractClub
Found Lou Kuenzler ‘s book“Shrinking Violet” on the monument steps out side Cafe Nero.. on a day out to Darlington. It’s now travelling up to our home in Northumberland ..? Will read it & pass it on. What a lovely idea.
@QEInteractClub have several projects to support reading including leave a book. Over 150 books left for children to find, take home & read for free. The books are recycled, children read, what's not to like. #readingforpleasure
Thanks to everyone who has donated so far! @QEInteractClub @QESFC were in the top 5% of fundraisers last month.
Take a look at what we did and why here justgiving.com/page/n-wall-1… #JustGiving
Delivered 4 hampers this morning, one to a lovely lady who gave us this card for the students of @QEInteractClub. Helping one person may not change the world but it can change the world of one person. Merry Christmas everyone 🎄
Final delivery of the year
