Aside from the obvious, love my sleep time hack of @pzizz, a good eye mask (e.g. Nidra)...plus my @AnkerOfficial series 7 charger. And of course a SkyClub membership to start the trip in style.

If you ever need a controlled nap, download the @pzizz app. Dial in your nap time...it puts you out, and wakes you right back up fresh as a daisy without any grogginess or oversleep. Used it for 20-some years.

Forever thanking @JustinMcElroy for helping me find the @pzizz app. I’ve been able to stop relying on Trazodone for sleep and have taken some of the best naps of my life thanks to this app. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

You might give @pzizz a try. 20-30 nap is usually deep and restful.

I've found that the app Pzizz made by @pzizz really helps with this, quieting my mind before and during sleep. If you haven't already you really should.

My ideal house party app would probably be @pzizz, but that’s probably not the kind of house party most people think of when they hear the words β€œhouse party”.
