Chodzi o to, żeby miał Pan wszystkie potrzebne informacje przed grudniem (Sykulski). Chyba że z nikim nie będzie chciał Pan rozmawiać.

Yeah, we’d all prefer water-powered engines, but the inventors were poisoned or arrested. By whom, I ask?

A rumor out of Iran says Abbas Araghchi asked the Americans for asylum the week he was in New York, got a preliminary yes, and pulled it two days later. Family problems, he said. The version going around was that his own security detail found out and his sister and family were picked up overnight. That is why he stayed. He was trying to bargain his way out of a case before Rubio told the delegation to get on a plane. I cannot confirm the asylum request. The week on the record is strange enough. Pezeshkian spoke and left. Araghchi stayed, supposedly for indirect talks through Qatar that went nowhere. Axios reported the State Department put a U.S. protective detail on him after reviewing threats. Then Rubio ordered the team out. They flew to Doha at 1:20 in the morning. Tehran denied they had been told to leave. Then he landed, and his sister was dead. Pezeshkian, the roads minister, the atomic energy chief, Qatar, Pakistan, all sending condolences. A funeral photo. No cause. A foreign minister who needs American bodyguards in New York, because he does not trust the men who flew in with him, is not negotiating from strength. He comes home and the person who was supposed to be the leverage is in the ground. The Islamic Republic does not have to announce how these things happen. It just has to make sure the diplomat is the one standing at the grave. No matter what happened, Araghchi's travel to New York and his extra stay and getting thrown out were all very strange. The regime might be closer to falling than we think.

Saudi Arabia’s air defenses intercepted and destroyed a ballistic missile launched by Yemen’s Houthis toward Riyadh early Saturday, the Saudi-led coalition said, hours after an air attack set fire to jet-fuel storage at the capital’s main airport. Coalition spokesperson Turki al-Maliki said Houthi attempts to target civilian areas in Bisha, Taif, Farasan and Yanbu had also been thwarted by Saudi air defenses, according to a statement issued by the coalition. The statement did not say whether the intercepted missile was linked to the Houthi attack against the King Khalid International Airport, where black smoke and flames were seen earlier Saturday. Al-Maliki accused the Houthis of deliberately targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure and said the coalition reserved the right to take what it considered appropriate measures to deter further attacks.

Turkey will examine any military assistance Saudi Arabia may require under its trilateral defense pact with Pakistan, Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said Saturday, amid escalating Houthi attacks on the kingdom. Fidan said the current Middle East crisis was no longer economically sustainable and suggested Riyadh could seek support under the Mecca Joint Defense Agreement signed by Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan. The pact provides for collective assistance among the three countries, with the form of support depending on a member’s request and joint decisions by the alliance.

Black smoke billowed from Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport on Saturday after an air attack, the first direct assault in months, struck a jet-fuel storage facility, The Wall Street Journal reported. Yemen’s Houthis later said they had targeted “sensitive” sites in the Saudi capital with missiles and drones, without specifically naming the airport.

BREAKING: Iran has issued "Code 100," its highest alert level, for all armed forces in the past hour, covering the IRGC, the Army and security forces, per initial reports. Trump cut short his weekend at Camp David to return to the White House tonight citing the potential for significant escalation, Netanyahu cut short his US trip to return to Israel the same day, and every US embassy in the Middle East has issued a security alert in the past hours.

🚨 BARACK OBAMA JUST GOT EXPOSED BY THE SAUDI PRINCE 🚨 Mohammed bin Salman just dropped the hammer. Obama handed Iran $150 BILLION. Iran didn’t build a single street. They built missiles. Drones. Hamas. Hezbollah. Houthis. And they gave al-Qaeda leaders — including one of Osama bin Laden’s own sons — a safe house. That money didn’t stay in Tehran. It funded the war against Saudi Arabia, Israel, and anyone standing in Iran’s way. The same Obama team that cheered the Arab Spring, helped topple Libya, and paved the road to a nuclear Iran now sits untouched. No investigation. No accountability. Trump is ripping it all apart. The Gulf states see it. The world is watching. The largest foreign-policy betrayal in modern history just got confirmed by the Crown Prince himself. 🔥

AI regulations will kill startups. It will not slow down OpenAI or Anthropic. They will not magically behave as rational actors. They are going to write the regs and consolidate power.
I work at OpenAI. In my personal capacity, I also think we need to slow down.
