@jio_fiber @reliancejio I have been facing issue since last 5-6 days with my internet but till now NO ONE is able to resolve this. If this is not looked into it in priority I have to switch to Airtel or some other vendor. Call me if you really want to help on this issue asap.

I have raised a new ticket now . I humbly request you NOT to close this ticket without any solution if you do so I have no other option to file a case at consumer forum. Jiomart is fooling me since last 15 days , just remember I have all the evidence including bank statements

@JioMart @JioMart_Support may I pls know when this issue will be resolved, its been more than 15 days I have raised a complaint but so far no action taken. Unless untill this is not resolved I am not gonna use Jiomart anymore. Call me of you want anything else
