It starts to get real for these lads as they start to progress from the Academy & into Senior football - great lads to coach and very proud of how they are developing...it won't be long before they are joined by their U16 team mates too - the future is bright for @airbusukfc ⚽️✈
A massive congratulations to Airbus Academy players Bailey Davies (19’s), Caiden Baker Williams (Res), Dylan Cusato (19’s) & Finn Hayes (19’s) who made their debuts for the reserves and 19’s this week. Fantastic lads who all deserved their opportunities ⚽️✈️👏🏼 #youngwingmakers

@airbusacademy U15's loving life - A heavy dump of snow that came out of nowhere - the journey home was a bit dicey though #youngwingmakers
On this day we remember all those who sacrificed so much for our freedom. There was an impeccable minutes silence followed by a competitive game between 2 good teams with @airbusacademy gaining the positive result. #youngwingmakers #aspiredevelopachieve
Happy Birthday Nath. As if the lad gets his provisional driving licence & lessons from today - Growing up way too fast. Proud beyond belief of the kid.
Been with these @airbusacademy U15 lads for nearly 3 years now. They are competing well against any opposition that we encounter. Win, lose or draw they always give 100% on the pitch, keep to their principles and strive to get to the next level. Well done lads #youngwingmakers

A nice walk around @Airbus with Emma this morning to see the other side of where I coach most evenings. Didn't realise just how big the place is tbh #enjoyable #experience
Great this - After a challenging @airbusacademy U15 pre-season fixture which the lads worked hard & gained a positive result, a nice post game social before they watched @airbusukfc play Llay - their new kit is looking good too - sponsored by @SCRserv79 #youngwingmakers
So it started at 26 degrees and finished drenched feeling like -1 degrees away again at Accrington Stanley FC tonight. Great British summer 🙈 #youngwingmakers
First @airbusacademy U16 match for our youngest today...bagged himself the winner in rather warm conditions - Well done lads ⚽️👍
Great to be back at it coaching @airbusacademy U15 away v Accrington Stanley FC. A warm & humid night for the lads & another positive pre-season work out to get valuable minutes in the tank. #preseason #youngwingmakers
U16 Player's Player Award for Nath - the last 18 months at @aprjfc have been brilliant for him not only football wise but socially too. Can't thank Geraint, Matty, Graham & the club enough 💙
