𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐂𝐮𝐩 𝟐.𝟎 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞. 🇪🇺🇺🇸
Following the success of the first edition, @PySportOrg and @SkillCorner are inviting the analytics community to work with open-source sports data.
🔷 Simply 𝚙𝚒𝚙 𝚒𝚗𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚕𝚕 "𝚍𝚊𝚝𝚊𝚋𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚙𝚢[𝚔𝚕𝚘𝚙𝚙𝚢]" to get started with data synchronization, pitch control (space occupation), computing distance covered, individual player possessions etc.
Now, any 𝐤𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐲 supported event data provider (IMPECT, Statsbomb, DataFactory, Sportec, Opta, Wyscout and Metrica), and tracking data provider (SkillCorner, Hawk-Eye, Gradient Sports, Signality, Sportec, Stats Perform, Metrica and TRACAB) load into 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐩𝐲.
🔷 𝐤𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐯𝟑.𝟏𝟖.𝟎 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐓
Today marks another big day for football analytics! Together with @impect_official we release a novel dataset with event data for the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑/𝟐𝟒 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐚.
