Staff at Cardiff told me to speak to the conductor of the train but the train is very busy and I haven't seen him yet
It is an Anytime Return valid only via Salisbury. However, the delayed departure of the 15:18 means I will arrive in Bristol Parkway after my connection to Southampton. And the subsequent train has been cancelled due to lack of train crew.
@GWRHelp I have a return ticket for the route from Cardiff to Southampton via Salisbury. With the disruption in the line there is no connected service on that route for several hours. Am I able to travel via Reading now that the 15:18 to Paddington has arrived?
