The comments under this post are proving the point. Antisemitism is a sickness that corrodes the moral fabric of society. History has shown us where this hatred can lead. We should be under no illusions about the danger it poses when allowed to spread unchecked.

The Nazi’s were horrific in addition to the Jewish who lost their lives to racism. The Nazi’s also killed 5 to 6 million none Jewish people.
Soviet Prisoners 3+ million
Polish 1.9 million
Romani 500k
People with Disabilities 250k
Political Dissidents 10k+
Jehovah's Witnesses 2k
A self titled “Ordained Christian minister” who’s an open racist, tweeted an offensive anti Jewish tweet. I highlighted that “Jesus” was born, preached, lived and died a Jewish man.
To then discover some people genuinely believe Jesus was Christian and arguing he wasn’t Jewish?
🎉 🥳 oh yes I could vote for that. First good news in years from any UK government.

I support Feminism 100% as an ally.
I personally believe as a male I cannot be labelled as Feminist because I have never experienced systemic misogyny, or specific societal pressures of womanhood.
But again I 100% openly support Feminism. And I’m glad I make you sick.

I’d like to add that I don’t personally think this is acceptable. What we witnessed was coercive abuse and manipulation. I’m glad they aired it, but they now need to put a stop to it, and make an example of it. Coercive control is literally illegal in this country and we are watching it unfold in real time. ITV need to react NOW. #BBUK
🚨 ITV have shared a statement about Omar’s behaviour towards Rhianna in the Big Brother House, following viewer complaints. #BBUK
"All Housemates receive Respect and Inclusion training and an extensive briefing from the Big Brother Senior team to prepare them for living in the House and to set out Big Brother’s expectations for appropriate behaviour and language.
Housemates are monitored 24 hours a day and any instances of inappropriate behaviour are responded to appropriately. Welfare and safeguarding are prioritised throughout the production, with a dedicated welfare team available to support Housemates before, during and after their time in the House."

🚨 Women’s Aid have responded to the ‘controlling behaviour being platformed on Big Brother.’ #BBUK
“Not only does Big Brother risk minimising survivors’ experiences, it also risks presenting abuse as a form of entertainment. We must do better to call out and reject abuse as soon as we see it, so women and children can learn the signs and themselves feel confident in speaking up and seeking safety.”

Respectfully are the producers monitoring a different fucking house???? or….
You know what, last gen, every reply to anything VR was “it’s niche”. Not seen it used as much this gen.
This post uses monthly charges for some of the countries.
Germany and Belgium on average pay more than the UK.
But and this is a big but, our energy prices including all EU countries are out of control.
Annual energy bills across Europe:
Austria: £480
Belgium: £535
France: £495
Germany: £565
Israel: £610
Norway: £475
Poland: £165
Spain: £510
United Kingdom: £2,350
UK is paying nearly 5 times what some of these countries pay.
And we’re told this is progress.
Net Stupid Zero strikes again.

If the rumours are true PS6 may cost around £900 ($1200).
I’m going to sit out buying day 1, see if they improve VR support. I don’t want to go PCVR but at £900 I may as well.

Tonight’s ep of Big Brother was a total failure of the producer’s duty of care towards Rhianna. They had ample chances to talk to Omar/place him in a separate bedroom at the very least - telling Rhi “BB is here for you” isnt enough, watching her cuddle/apologise was gross #BBUK

and people are saying it’s ’just entertainment’. in no way shape or form is this entertainment, it’s so uncomfortable to watch. something needs to be done about him. he’s doing it infront of housemates and NO ONE IS SAYING ANYTHING
Most won’t watch #BigBrotherUK so to put it in context.
Omar’s a young lad who’s a highly manipulative abusive partner. He’s twisted, gaslight a confident female, into a broken shell of a person over the weeks.
ITV should step in, but won’t.
As a male we should talk about this
why is nobody telling omar to stop speaking about women like this he’s actually vile #bbuk #bigbrother

This sounds like a dystopian nightmare. I do not want to live off of handouts from my Big Tech overlords. The fact that anyone sees this as some heavenly vision of the future is extremely depressing. Some people (most?) just simply do not want freedom or autonomy. They do not have ambition of any kind. For ambitious, independent minded people, this fact is very hard to absorb.

you will get your cash payments from from all the major AI labs

Readers added context they thought people might want to know
No major AI labs have announced or committed to universal $1000 weekly cash payments or an end to work/money concerns by 2028. Discussions involve speculative proposals and limited small-scale pilots, not firm company plans.

I just watched a video of God of war 2018 being played in first person VR. I’ll play it soon but I just wanted to say that We should not have to rely on Modders for this, Sony should have given us this experience.

Diesel was 141p in February.
It is 200p now.
59p more a litre.
A family tank is about £110. That is the price of getting to work.
VAT is 20 percent. The Treasury takes nearly 10p more on every litre you buy.
You pay the pump. They take the cut.
Debt is already £2.99 trillion. The Budget is next week.
This is the price of their incompetence.
You work harder. The tank costs more. They take more. Your life gets harder.
