One thing I think I definitely, maybe you as well, need to be praying about is what we claim to be certain.
I live in Texas. Obviously did not like the election results. But why should I be anxious. It’s not like centuries of Christians before me didn’t live under obscene trials
Not sure if this is a sin but I went to an estate sale yesterday and got this haul for $13. All in virtually unused condition.
Not sure if this was national news or not. But last Tuesday there was a gas explosion at two homes. One of those homes was our high school pastor & family. This Sunday was incredibly emotional for our church. I’d appreciate your prayers for the situation.

Thinking about the scandal of the BBC and how they distorted the words of Donald Trump by slicing things together, how is it not worse when someone takes a verse of the Bible out of context and build a sermon or a theology out of it?
In light of the horrible news’s yesterday, I keep thinking of these verses from John 12 that I taught on over the weekend when doing a Bible study on Roman six .
In God’s sovereignty, much fruit can come out of the human tragedy .
