Re-Size Bar Support... By default, your system uses a legacy PCIe communication protocol inherited from the 32-bit era. This restricts your CPU to accessing your GPU's VRAM through a narrow 256 MB window (Base Address Register). Whenever the CPU needs to send textures, shaders, or geometry data to the graphics card, it has to slice that data into 256 MB chunks and process them in a slow, sequential queue. This creates unnecessary PCIe overhead and bottlenecks frame delivery. Enabling Resizable BAR removes this limitation. Doing so also automatically activates Above 4G Decoding, which allows a 64-bit operating system to map hardware memory addresses beyond the traditional 4 GB boundary. Instead of a restricted 256 MB aperture, the CPU can address the entire VRAM buffer (8 GB, 12 GB, 16 GB, or 24 GB) all at once. Data transfers happen in parallel rather than waiting in a queue, resulting in faster asset loading, smoother frame times, better 1% lows, and up to 10-15% higher FPS in CPU and bandwidth heavy games.
