Ross Kerridge’s latest statements are an attempt to divert attention from his decision to approve last week’s rising tide protest.
I have always opposed bad policy and bad decisions, and been determined to hold those responsible for them accountable.

“Naive at best” really ringing true today.
Ross Kerridge went against Police advice and unilaterally approved a radical protest in Newcastle.
The protest group have continued to advocate for a blockade of Newcastle Harbour.
Kerridge must now take full responsibility for the actions of these protesters.
Today I finished up as Vice-President of the @ALSF under two Presidents @KeatingBlake and Kisara Perera.
I’d like to congratulate Daniel Swane and @cooperjsbates on their election as the new President and Vice-President.
This new leadership team will keep the Federation strong

More taxes and levies make it more expensive to build new housing - which we desperately need.
They will also make Newcastle less appealing to invest in.
Labor & Greens are killing our city.
Replying to @PullCal

We need a levy.
The rapid development in Newcastle over the last 10 years has been a lost opportunity.
